Just kidding...of course I'll be hanging at the OUTLAW! Plus I gotta get a new t-shirt and one of those calendars!

Any locals want to herf? If you want to get together for a smoke, reply here or PM me. I'm not sure of my work schedule, but I should have a bit of free time sometime in the next week....

I should be able to make it -- depending on when you can find the time!!

Sounds great. Hell, I am at Outlaw 3-5 days a week anyway, why not one more  . See you there.

I'm thinking Sunday sometime...looks like we might be working on Saturday. I'm flexible on the time...

I will need to confirm with "the boss", but I should be able to sneak away for a few hours on Sunday! They are open 11-7 that day.

You know there is more than one Sunday in a given month? Can you be a little more specific on what date you will be there? Not all of us has a 5 min drive to Outlaw. :p

Sunday March 11 - in the afternoon.....

At this point, I don't have a clue about my weekend work schedule...it's on, then it's off...At this point, no worky on Saturday or Sunday, but who knows what's going to happen tomorrow.

I've got a couple of cigar reviews to do (one for the Candela review in the review thread and another one I promised to complete), so I may sneak in with my own cigars and hang a bit on Friday or Saturday night, but I don't want to commit because work could easily ruin those plans...plus I'm thinking I might need a new knife!

I wish I was going to be here on the 24th for Manuel Quesada. My wife and I just met him in Orlando a couple of weeks ago. What a great guy! He sat with us at our table and we had a nice chat. Turns out he's a Vietnam Veteran! After his family left Cuba in the 60's, he went to college in the US and since he had a green card, they snagged him with the draft!

We also had some of the new Fonseca Port they were giving out as samples that day...I sampled them all, couldn't tell which one I liked the best, so I went around again! Of course he had some attractive young ladies giving out the samples...it was a win-win!

Thanks for the clarification. Now I can plan ahead and be there on Sunday and finally meet you in person.

Do you know what time you will be up there Sunday afternoon?

Herf day at the Outlaw!

I plan on having a nice lunch and then heading over...should be there between 1 and 2 sometime...

No problem...We had some fun without ya! Jhawk was here and we watched Kansas win....plus I smoked a couple of nice cigars, learned some about pipe smoking and also how to fold a t-shirt!

It was some nice down-time and a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon far away from home.

If you haven't been to the Outlaw, you can't go wrong stopping by when you are in Kansas City. The guys knows their stuff, they have a great walk-in humi plus all kinds of other ways to spend your money. Highly recommended.

It was good to meet ya, Joe! We'll have to meet up again the next time you make it to KC.
