One thing I've been wondering about is the heat output off the back of one of those Vinotemps . . . I have a small walkin closet in my office that I'll be turning into a humidor next year sometime, and I keep thinking it'd be nice to stick a Vinotemp in there for long term aging, since it's a more controlled environment. And to segregate certain, aaah, origins of cigars from the rest. But I'm worried about heating up the whole closet with it, since in my experience making something cold means putting the heat somewhere ELSE. But I have no experience with thermoplate designs.
Any thoughts? Those of you who've gone Vinotemp, have you noticed heat coming off the back of your unit?
