I'd have to say that a Padron Millennium Maduro would be at the top of my list.

Ever since I sold my collection because of finances I wanted my Gurkha Titan back! I was saving that for a VERY special occasion and now will probably never see one again. May not be as rare as some of the ones you guys listed but man was I looking forward to smoking that some day.
