I think i really messed up...

you are welcome to send any "pesky" Acids my way. I have volunteered to be the, "Acid dumping ground"
J/K. I'm glad to hear the issue has been resolved

Yes! Just when i was about to give up on my humidor it finally starts to hold a steady rh! I have a blue tube of heartfelt beads and a digital hygro and am holding steady at 67%

Now for the bad/ good news. I have been slowly adding cigars so i did not mess up the humidity. Well with all of my cigars in i realize my humi is nearly full. Talk about frustrating!

Got a cooler in the garage i am thinking about giving a new calling in life....

Congrats on the success! Now sit back, relax, and enjoy some of those smokes.

It never fails. The new humidor is always too small. Built 2, bought one I can still tell more space is just around the corner. If they just didn't make so many good ones......Naaa

My humidor went through some temp and humidity changes this past summer. (LOML kept turning off the air when she'd leave. Im in AZ) What ended up happening was my cigars kept cracking open down the sides. Once I got control of the humidors temps and humidity and let the cigars rest for A few weeks the problem went away. Same cigars were compaired later. Long story short. I'd still let the cigars rest for A while. I don't know if that problem was due to the environment or the sticks them selves but it was too strange that A variety had this occur. Good luck with your new Humi.

PS If you do have something like that happen, let me know please.
