Humidor Cabinet Suggestions

Bob just sent me the "Final" pictures of the 100% completed humidor. These pictures appear to have been adjusted to reflect the proper bightness and color. I call them the "Glamour Shot" :)

I can not speak of Bob enough. He went in yesterday, a Saturday, so he could finish this and get everything finalized and tested. I do not know of many people who would do the same. He also took the time to answer my million emails and questions throughout this process. And then of course there are the pictures of the process that he took the time to take and send to me along the way. Thanks for everything Bob.

Bob Staebell and Aristocrat Humidors are 1st Class!!!!

Here you can see the singles drawer that is out a little. You can also see the controls, fans and the lower humidifier.

Same thing as above but with a shelf removed in order to see the to upper humidifiers.

Final "Glamour Shot" with it closed just like it will sit in my house.

I hope you all have enjoyed this thread and possibly learned somehing from it. This was the actual thread where I started looking and was not even sure of what type or size of humidor I wanted. It goes from there all the way to the descision and final product documenting the progress along the way. :)

ENJOY!!!

That is a beautiful cabinet, congrats. Great thread, thanks for sharing this experience. I hope to have a similar one with Aristocrat in the future.

Wow :0 - That is really a beautiful piece - I hope the next picture is with it filled with cigars :D - Enjoy

Shiba,

I think that the color is all wrong for your house.

Just send it over my way, as the color would be perfect here :)

Nice piece of furniture, I'm jealous.

That looks great and I'm very interested in Bob and his humidors now. I'm going to look back over the thread, but just in case you haven't, would you mind saying what the capacity is, and what your prices was? If you would rather not say, then that's fine too.

Shiba again thanks for sharing the whole selection & step by step development process I enjoyed it immensely, although I think not as much as you will enjoy this beauty. Big Congratulations!!!

WOW - absolutely awesome Shiba. We will need to see pics of it in the casa all set up of coarse.

Thanks for the wonderful comments. I enjoy them and I am sure that Bob does too.

I received confirmation that the humidor has been shipped and is on it's way. According to the tracking, it should be here Thursday. :D

Tracking shows that it has made it from Texas to Atlanta...Getting closer... :)

It has landed in Jacksonville this morning and is waiting for delivery tomorrow afternoon :D

More to come...

Well this Beautiful Piece of Work arrived today!!! :)

The guy from the trucking company was a little late but it was all good once he finally made it here. He pulled it off the truck using a lift gate and then brought it to my front door. I removed the medal bands that were holding it to the pallet and started unpacking it all. I was very surprised with how well it was packed. Everything was done perfectly. Luckily my brother was here because he helped me carry it in since the driver couldn't. Which I did not pay for in-house delivery though :)

Once I inspected it and realized there was no damage, my brother and I brought it in the house. We looked at the 2 different positions that my wife and I discussed and settled on its new home.

I setup all the shelves and connected all of the wiring. I had a quick question so I phoned Bob. He covered a couple of things with me and then informed me that this humidor has built in leveler feet that can be screwed in and out from the inside of the humidor. I was amazed with that as I need to adjust it for my floor.

Then it was time to turn it all on. The fans and humidifiers kicked in and off she went. :) Now she will sit for a week or so seasoning.

I took a few pictures and placed a few empty boxes in it to see how they look and fit. All I can say is pictures do not do this any justice even as good as they may look, the craftsmanship is AMAZING!!! I asked the wife if I could have an exact duplicate made down the road... after she hit me where it counts, gave me the finger and left the room... I took that as a maybe??? :whistling: LOL

ENJOY!!!
