How to keep my port wine in a good shape?

I am so glad I stumbled on this post. I have a bottle of Taylor Flatgate 20 year aged that I love and have had open for probably 2 years. Every so often I open it up and have a glass, but I think I need to pour it out tonight after you guys saying its good for 2 weeks tops. Yuck I think I feel sick.
