Homebrewers - What are you Brewing - Post a Pic

So I do not know how many people actually read this thread, but if there is anyone interested in getting started in Homebrewing, and are in Colorado, I have a complete second, 10-gallon brewing set up I need to get rid of...

No pic but last brew was a basic braggot (DME and costco honey) with a box of Yogi immune tea (Organic Ashwagandha Root, Organic Lemon Balm Leaf, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Ginger Root, Organic Hibiscus Flower, Organic Cinnamon Bark, Organic Lemon Oil, Organic Black Elderberry Extract, Organic Black Pepper, Organic Lemon Peel) and Willamette hops thrown in. Came out pretty good. Did a botchet before that that I just remembered I haven't tasted yet. Next up is another braggot just using leftover DME/grains and honey. Might see if I find any mugwort while mountain biking today and add that with some damiana and chocolate powder.

That sounds really interesting. Like a healthy type of beer. How long have you been homebrewing for?

Started around 2011 with gallon batches of ciders using grocery store jugs, brown sugar, yeast and balloons with a pinhole for airlock. Moved on to gallon batches of meads from there and then 5 gallon batches of mostly clones of beers I couldn't get in socal (Old Peculier and Dogfish Head's Midas Touch), did a few IPAs and a Graf if you're familiar with Stephen King's Dark Tower series. Apple cider instead of water when brewing beer. Quit for a few years but got back into it the past year or two. Have lemon trees and did a lemon mead that was pretty good. Generally like to do meads as they tend to be more expensive to buy at the store. Also they tend to get much better with aging. Ciders I suck at for some reason.

I am going to start cleaning my kit. So I can get ready to brew. I will mash a few batches to run through the 15gallon still and maybe a few beers this year

Lately I only brew every other year

Edit: to fix all my typos

We just ordered a “Peanut Butter Conspiracy” stout. Looking forward to the first brew day of the year 😎
