The date for Holiday Herf III has been set. Saturday, December 7, 2002 at JR Cigars Whippany, NJ. Time: 10:00AM - 10:00PM.

Mark your calendars for that date. As I get more information I will pass it along.

BTW, I"M GOING!!!!!!!!!!
 
I can hardly pass up the opportunity to smoke some more cigars with Brother Bill... :D

So Shadow, this thing is at JR, right? And it lasts all day I guess? What kind of stuff do they have going on, drinks, raffles, etc? :D
 
The herf is held at the lounge which is right next to the damn, big humidor(envision a airplane hanger sized room and that's about the size). :D

They serve food (sandwiches/bar food) and drinks(coffee, sodas, and adult libations) in the lounge.

A raffle is held along with either a long ash or powerherf contest. But mostly it's talking with friends and meeting new friends and smoking many, many cigars. And handing out cigars and being gifted cigars. I have yet to leave one of these without going home with more cigars than what I brought. And that doesn't included the boxes of cigars you buy from JR.

There are folks from CP, CW, CF, MBCL, and Villiage Idiots BB's that attend. Last year I think there were just over a hundred folks at the Holiday Herf II.

There is also a pre-herf on Friday afternoon and evening.

When you go to one of these just plan to have a lot of fun!

I have been to JR in Wilson! My son is going to college at Barton, which is in Wilson, need I say more??

Heading down on the 23rd to unload the stuff and move him in! Got to hit JR on the way back!! :D
 
Devin, we may be in trouble if Lee and 'Garfiend get together at the herf. It could mean the end of civilization as we know it! ;) :D
