But yes, I got the news a week ago from this past Friday that my girlfriend/ fiance of 3.5 years is pregnant. :blush:

Initially I was scared and confused as it was not planned. After a week of putting some thought into it, I became comfortable with everything as I truly believe everything has a purpose, and it's a blessing that I'm graduating school a year early in August.

I didn't really want post my own thread, just told a few people I'm close to here about what was going on privately. However, Trey was very persistent in wanting to let everyone know, so I gave him the "go ahead" :laugh:
 
Jake, brother...you're going to be a fantastic Daddy! Be scared, be nervous and be unsure...WE ALL WERE! Then, get the hell over yourself and laugh and giggle with that baby and rediscover all the things about yourself that you wanted to teach a child. Be a dork, be a spaz, and be a complete nut job! Too many hugs and kisses are not enough! My boy is twelve, and is the coolest thing since sliced bread. Your life has changed, my friend! Embrace it and have a blast!

Congrats Jake, way to go!!! Enjoy everyday with that little bundle of joy and as Dean (tasman) stated, it's definitely a reason to smoke a primo stick......... :D :thumbs: :cool:
