This is exactly what I've been trying to do for him; see the 8 designs my friend did up (and she's doing more):Dave, you need to find a graphic designer to take this on. I know you don't have a huge budget for the task, but that's no excuse. Call up a local arts school, technical institute, etc. Tell them you have a project for a talented student and you are willing to pay X number of dollars to the student. It'll work.
