Just my two cents, not that it matter.
Some of use don't have the luxury of having a nice well stocked B&M close enough to supply our needs. I am luck in that I have one with in walking distance of my home, and another that is accessable while I, um.."work". That being said, the closest offers a limited selection of high-end cigars, but offers many daily smokes at twice the price of many on-line retailers. The other has a larger selection, but again price is higher. I long to taste one of the X000's Padron Maduro's but can't get my hands on them locally. Other than fellow BOTL on CP I am left with no recourse, but to buy from on-line vendors.
Yes, I understand that customer service is sacrificed to keep price low, but in reality I usually buy cigars that are on the cheaper end of the spectrum from such places. As such, my expectations are relatively low. It's the nature of the beast, any larger on-line retail has more stock and more consumers and there for more problems are to be expected.
