Took a much needed Mental Health Day today. I moseyed up to Tampa/Ybor City and visited a total of eight cigar shops. I left at 9am, got back at 4pm, and had a very relaxing stress-free day.

I can't stop laughing!

My grandson and I were trying to find something at Camp to cook. We started with a can of tuna fish and mac and cheese. I also poured us a glass of Cabernet.

Unfortunately I poured his into the cup where he drained the tuna fish oil.

He didn't like his Cabernet at all!

I’m very blessed to be celebrating my Dad’s 80th birthday with him! I don’t know many 60 year olds who still have their fathers around, and I feel very lucky.

I spent this past week in San Diego at a conference... it was held at a resort on the water, so there were some great views. It was actually a good conference, and a great way to recharge.
