Doc really, for me, created some of the identity and integrity that is Cigar Pass. I did not have the pleasure to know him personally, but he just had a way about him. He will be missed and for me missed particularly for his Memorial Day post. Kinda weird as he came to mind in the past day or so. May he rest in peace.

Horrible, suffocating news to wake up to. Thank you for letting us know, Paul, as horrible as it is. Many of us were concerned since we hadn't heard from him on the board in a while. I'll miss seeing his posts in birthday threads and on Memorial Day (one I looked forward to reading every year). Kind of at a loss for words, at the moment...
