The much anticipated Halo 3 comes out tonight. I'll be at the game store tonight at midnight. I doubt I'll wait outside like the other nerds. Pre-ordered the Legendary Edition.

Anyone else?
 
I'm just getting the regular edition at lunch tomorrow. Looking forward to it. Even plumbed up the 3sitty to my computer monitor so I can appreciate the HD and sound.... plus the woman has a bunch of shows that come on this week that she NEEDS to watch.

Not coming back into this thread until I play it today, but I think I may have accidentally guilted my GF into getting it for me today instead of doing some other things she needs to go.

Got my copy from Gamestop today. Been playing for about 3 hours now. Great game so far. I'm playing on Heroic, so I am going a bit slow lol. Those damn snipers are accurate as hell.
 
I played it on normal. I just wanted to see the ending... which I did last night. It was awesome. Not really any let-downs with this game so far. After I beat Halo 2 I was pissed. Great story. Now it's time for Xbox Live. :D

Since I don't plan on purchasing a xbox 360 what happens at the end of Halo 3? I was pissed with part two when the Master Chief falls into this huge lake with some sea monster with tenticles talking to him, what the hell was that about. Do they explain that in part 3? Could someone PM me with the spoilers. THanks!

Its low quality, but if you wait a few days, I'm sure some guy who beat the game will post a better version of it.
