It’s been a minute since I ordered and now that prices have gone bananas and confiscations are crazy high I’m loathe to order with no guarantee. I’m not sure there are any solid vendors that guarantee anymore. Curious what the results of this poll will be.

I've never had a confiscation but I have received some bad cigars, typically plugged. I'm happy to say I was able to get perfectly satisfactory resolution.
