Good morning all and yes, it's 0419(4:19am) on a Saturday and I'm about ready to go to work. Army takes on Ball State today at noon so we have to have to Emergency Operation Center up and running at 0600(6am). http://www.usma.edu/Garrison/sites/directorates/dptms.asp Well, last night showed that Mariano Rivera is not perfect as the Yankees lost 3 - 2 in the bottom of the 9th inning. The Bombers will be back at it again this evening and hopefully they end up with a "W" this time. Well, I got to run so I hope everyone has a great dat and enjoys....... :) :thumbs: :cool:

I think I've figured out why you have to have the EOC up and running. It's in case Army actually wins and you have to deal with all those people who fainted :p

Good morning all and yes, the coffee is on. Well, Army beat Ball State 24 - 17 which was actually a good game to watch for a change. Then last night, the Yankees beat up on the Mariners 10 - 1 with a great showing from C.C. Sabathia. Today the two teams will meet up one more time to play the rubber game of the match. Joba Chamberlain is scheduled to start on the mound for the Bombers which is at 1610(4:10pm). Also today is the first race of the "Race to the Chase" for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series up in New Hampshire at 1300(1pm). I hope everyone has a super Sunday and relaxes with a primo stick or two or....... :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
Good morning all and as always, the joe is brewin'. Well, the Yankkes had their butts handed to them again loosing 7 - 1 to the Mariners. Tonight they'll try and bounce back against the Angels at 2205(10:05pm) with Andy Pettitte pitching for the Bombers. In NASCAR, the ole' man Mark Martin won the opening race for the Chase towards the Championship yesterday up in N.H. Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week and gets to enjoy a few of your favorites through out it........ :) :thumbs: :cool:
 
Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and today is the last day of work for me until next Thursday. Tomorrow is my prep day prior to flying down Thursday to Orlando with Beth for a week of fun in the sun. Hopefully the weather cooperates even though I know it rains everyday down there for a few minutes each day. Well, last night the Yankees lost to the Angels again but the Red Sox lost as well so there was no real damage done. The two teams will be back at it again tonight and hopefully they pull themselves together and get a "W" fot the record. Anyway, I hope all of you have a great day and enjoy....... :) :thumbs: :cool:

I got to the shop (K. Dees Coffee) at 5:30 and I getting ready to start brewing up the first batches of coffee this morning. Damned my ass is dragging. Takes about and hour to get everything set up to oen at 7:00am.

At 7:01 I'll be sitting outside with my first of several 12 oz lattes of the morning. I'll be awake around 7:45.

Good morning all, the coffee is definitely on and today is my first day of my vacation. I have a number of "use or lose" vacation days, so I decided to take the day off prior to us flying to Orlando. We have an early morning flight tomorrow and we land in Florida around 1100(11am). I picked up our Disney 5-day passes yesterday which include all the parks and attractions. We are also planning a trip to Universal City Walk on Saturday with a stop at the Corona Cigar Company later on in the afternoon / early evening. We are staying at the Gaylord Palms Resort this time and here is a link to their website:

I should be checkin' in now and then as each room has a computer for internet access and stuff. Last night the Yankees clinched their playoff berth with a win over the Angels and they'll be back at it today one more time against them at 1535(3:35pm). Will do Isy, the resort is fabulous. Just got up and enjoying a cup of coffee looking out our balonyand hearing the sounds. We went to Majic Kingdom (MK) yesterday afternoon and enjoy a few rides and stuff. Epcot today and probably back to MK later on. We have the 5 day all park pass with the hopper which makes it easy. Anyway, have a great time everyone and I'll stop back later on this evening...... :) :thumbs: :cool:

We got that scheduled for tomorrow, today is Epcot and and that area. Had a great day yesterday with the weather cooperating. I hope everyone is having a great weekend. Enjoy........ :)

Good morning everyone, it has been a great 5 days so far down here in sunny central Florida. We have another day down here hanging out at the pool side for a while and then this afternoon we will head over to the Majic Kingdom one more time. We have a mid-day flight back to NY tomorrow and I'm taking off Wednesday as a recovery day and all. I hope all of you have a great week and enjoy....... :)
 
Don't forget to pack up all the t-shirts that you bought for the gang the at CP!
 
I guess brother Stogieman is sleeping in after his vacation so I'll say Good Morning to y'all first today.
 
Good morning all and yes, we are back home in NY and I slept in one more time on my final day of vacation. Orlando / Disney was a great place to relax for 6 days and I have a good feeling that we'll be heading down there next year again. We had a good flight home yesterday with hardly no delays in the airport. It's nice to be home and about to get back to the normal day to day routine up here at West Point. Army takes on Tulane this Saturday and it should be a packed stadium as it's the annual home coming game as well. Anyway, I hope everyone has a happy "Hump Day" and gets to enjoy a favorite or two or....... :) :thumbs: :cool:
