Good morning all, the espresso is on and it's a windy morning here in the Hudson Valley with the current temperature at 25°F and a wind chill of 8°F. We had a great weekend overall even with the snow/sleet/frozen rain Saturday night. Started off Saturday going to Aroma for a while and the place was packed, everyone else wanted to smoke a couple before the storm. Yesterday after cleaning the vehicles off and shovelling the driveway and walkways, Beth and I relaxed watching the Daytona 500 pre show and race. There was a 4+ hour rain delay after the start and the finish was excellent. There were numerous wrecks as always on a super speedway but the racing was top notch:

Good morning all, the espresso is on and it's Friday for all you working people. We had a great time at Aroma last night, the place was packed and we all enjoyed primo stogies. We started last month with one of the guys bringing in a box of cigars and we all smoked the same cigar to review and see how it was. Last night was my turn and I brought a well aged box of Aging Room Pura Cepa (100% Nicaraguan) Mezzo.

Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and it's looking like we'll have a nice week here in the Hudson Valley. We had a great weekend with the annual Wild Game dinner at the American Legion in New Windsor, NY on Saturday. Beth and I spent most of Friday there with the crew prepping and ensuring that the feast would be a big hit. Yesterday, we stayed home and relaxed all day watching NASCAR and relaxing on the couch. Weather wise, we will BBQ most of the week and enjoy as much as possible. Have a great week all and enjoy it as well.......

Yesterday, I went over to the Aroma Cigar Room and spent the day with the fellas and made our final plans for this coming week's trip to West Palm. Beth and I helped out last night at the monthly Pasta Night at the American Legion in Monroe, NY (Post 1796). Over 85 dinners were served and the food was top shelf.
