Good Morning S / BOTL - 2013

Good morning everyone, the coffee is on and in a few hours, we are heading down to spend a few days with Jeremy and Christen at the Bethesda Naval Medical Center (Walter Reed).  I'm happy to say that the radiation and all the prayers and positive thoughts sent is working.  When I called down there yesterday to speak with his wife Christen, Jeremy answered the phone and I was so happy to hear his voice.  His hearing is coming back which is definitely a good thing.  I'll let him know you all are thinking of him and are continuing to daily.  Enjoy the rest of the week and I'll talk with you guys soon.......

 
 
Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0430 and it's back to work since it's Army vs. Navy football week.  Congrats to the Eagles on their 6th win in a row and hopefully continue that streak next week.  Beth and I had a great week down with Jeremy and his wife Christen.  He is doing remarkably well.  He has his hearing back as well as his clear vision and taste.  We got to smoke a couple of cigars together and enjoy dinner off of Walter Reed as well.  The doctors are very pleased with his reaction to the radiation treatment that will continue for roughly another month.  Jeremy and Christen are on the list to attend the Army / Navy game, Beth and I are planning on heading down there as well and meet up with them.  Hope everyone has a good week and enjoys it as well........ :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on as always and we are about to get hit with some snow this morning.  Congrats to Da Bears for beating the Cowboys and giving sole possesion of first place to the Eagles.  Hope everyone has a good day and drive safely if you're out there driving in bad weather....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee has been on since 0430 and we've been here at the office since 0600.  West Point and big Army is getting ready for this Saturday's big game as there are a number of events planned throughout the week here as well as in Philadelphia and Washington D.C..  We're heading down to Philly first thing Friday morning and I know it's going to be another great weekend.  Hope everyone has a happy "Hump Day" and enjoys....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, coffee is on and it's a chilly 18 degrees outside.  Today, the academy has the Goat-Engineer game scheduled as well as the Spirit Bonfire and then the official send off of the team to Philly.  This evening, we'll be heading over to Schlesinger's Cigar Bar / Hudson Valley Cigars to enjoy a couple of primo stogies and catching up on the world's news.  Hope everyone has a good one and enjoys a favorite or two or....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Friday!  Heading down to Philly in a few to enjoy the weekend's festivities surrounding the annual Army / Navy game which is Saturday at 1500 (3pm).  I have the honor again of escorting a number of Medal of Honor recipients throughout the weekend which I'll enjoy to the max.  Hope everyone has a great weekend and lastly, Go Army, Beat Navy....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's back to work after a good weekend in Philly.  It sucks that Army lost again but we had a great time with family and friends both old and new.  We got to spend some time with Jeremy and his wife Christen and a few other Wounded Warriors who were bussed up from Walter Reed Military Medical Center.  I hope everyone has a great week and enjoys a favorite or two throughout it....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:

Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's Thursday (6 days before Christmas).  I was under the weather yesterday, had the chills, bad headache all day and just not feeling good at all.  Stayed in bed most of it and hopefully kicked it in the butt.  Today being Thursday, we'll be heading over to Hudson Valley Cigars / Schlesinger's Cigar Bar for a pre-holiday cigar or two and wish all my friends a Merry Christmas.  We have our office Christmas party there as well tomorrow, so if you can't make it tonight, stop on over tomorrow afternoon.    Have a good one everyone and be safe out there....... :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and I'm feeling much better.  Must have been a 24 hour bug that went through, glad that it's gone now and hopefully never returns.  We had a good time last night as always, some some ole friends that were away for a while which is always nice.  Today we have our department Christmas party and it's going to be at Schlesinger's so cigars will be smoked afterwards.  Hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoys a favorite or two or........ :)  :thumbs:  :cool:
 
Good morning all, the coffee is on and it's back to work for at least a day or two before the big day is here.  I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a safe and prosperous 2014.  Congrats to the Eagles with a major victory over Da Bears last night, one game remains in the regular season and it's another Sunday night football match up versus the Cowboys.  Winner takes all as the Division champions.  Hope everyone has a great week and enjoys it with family and friends and good times......

 
 
Sadly Da Bears let me down last night, but it makes for any interesting Eagles/ Cowboys game.
