Getting your feet wet Pass II

[
Now, what I need to know from those of you already in and those trying to get in, is this lineup too much (not quantity but quality)? I really like this lineup, but I need to be sure you guys can hang making trades for these cigars. If the consensus is no, then I'll go back to the lineup I started on the first page and add cigars to round it out. Let's have some feedback folks!

The list looks like a whose who of some of the sticks that I have a hard time finding around here. If graciously allowed to participate, I am sure that I can match most of those with stock on hand.

Brandon

works for me, some nice sticks and they dont seem that far outta reach, some are light heavy weights but i thinks us newbies can hang
As promised here is our newest participant. I had already decided whoever hit post #100 would be in and it's Bxcigrfan! Congrats!

Dang #2 that's a pretty tasty list you posted. There is one certain stick in there that I have been dying to try. I can only hope it makes it to me. If I tell you all what it is do you guys promise not to take it.

I feel comfortable with that list, but I'm okay with whatever the majority decides.

Which one is it?

If I have it, it's yours buddy... ;) No B.S. I'm just wantin' to know which one it is! :p

I agree that that looks like a nice list. It isn't filled to the gills with super rare/difficult to replace sticks, but it isn't all $4 sticks that can be found everywhere either.

Were you wanting a more diverse list with more cheaper cigars?

Looks like I'm the only 'gray hair' in the bunch so far
I beg your pardon! I've got grey hair in places most people don't even have hair! (And then I have some places that used to have hair, but not so much anymore! LOL!)

Thanks Brian for the invite. I know this will be fun!

The list looks GREAT! I can hang with it and I look forward to things getting going!
Dave...when Brian picked you I didn't realize your advanced annual count....and Doc Wylie (Tom) is a member of the 'Newbie Gray Panthers' as well. Ahhhh, comfort within my peer group

That being said, you give Senior Citizens discount on those beautiful ashtrays? :whistling:

Great list. It appears to have a well diverse assortment of product allowing people of all regions to pick hard to find cigars in any area.

first i would like the man upstairs for creating my mother and father and for them fornicating and making me.
i would also like to thank #2 for creating this pass
i am so honored to be chosen as one of the few to participate in this gradacious event, i will make it my duty to go out and spend way over my cigar budget to have more sticks by september to make my puts and takes a happy one.

and to all my fans i thank you and continue watching our show
we love you!

:sign: i kill me

Looks good to me #2....I know all the Fuente and Padron sticks but I have to get up to speed with the others....and like you said that's why you started this early on, so we have time to learn about the brands we're not familiar with.

Brian, remind everyone how the puts & takes work based on MSRP...equal for equal....and the process you go through to determine this price. I just printed out the list you posted and am in the process of pricing them all so when the time comes, we are all ready.

Thanks for all your work in putting this together for us new guys.

I'm sure #2 will post this link in the opening of this thread as it draws closer, but if you are wanting to get a head start on determing MSRP, etc of the sticks on the list, I saw this in the first GYFW Pass.

Brian, are all the spots filled up, yet? If not, then I anxiously await the next contest! I haven't participated in a pass yet and, no pun intended, would like to get my feet wet. :whistling:

i like ironpeddler have copied the list and placed in on excel so that i can track down the MSRP's
my question is, when using cigarcyclopedia, do you take an average of all the selling prices and then divide it amoung the count in the box or is take the lowest price and divide by count in box?
or is it another form in total

Us "well-seasoned" guys will become known as The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen when all is said and done. Then again, I kinda like "Newbie Gray Panthers" too... the infamous NGP's! What's that old saying... Old age and treachery beats youth and skill every time?

JK fellas... I know there will be alot we all learn from each other as we approach , and participate in, this Pass.
