The FFOX Scorpio is closer to 27.50 - 37.50 MSRP. It was from the journey set which retails for 150 for 4 cigars. But the set can be purchased for 110.

OK, thats a big difference in MSRP.. can we clear this up.
 
The FFOX Scorpio was purchased from the "Journey to Chateau de la Fuente" set made by Prometheus. The set included (2) Fuente Fuente OpusX, Scorpio 2005. (1) Don Carlos Edicion de Aniversario, Double Robusto 2006, (1) Fuente Fuente Forbidden X, Toro 2004. MSRP of the set is $150, thus making each stick $37.50. However, you the set can be found for sale at 110 which will equate to $27.50 each cigar.

Just because a cigar can be found on sale....that's not how we judge them in passes. No one can be aware of all of the sales of all of the sets in the world, it's impossible. That is why we use MSRP and RARITY to judge P/T's in passes. The MSRP on the set is $150, and that will be the cost associated with it.

I believe the first two lack the rarity factor all together. DCM's and VSG's can be picked up at practically every B&M.

The third I don't see a problem with, however, we should keep from taking multiples. There is only 3 Opus in the pass, and one has a very high price and is difficult to obtain. Thus the only reasonably attainable one's you're trying to trade for. Please refer to pass rule #6:

6) Unlimited amount of P/T’s, after all, we have to make this worth everyone’s while. Please, however, be courteous to other passers when considering what you are taking. For example, if there are only two or three anejos in the pass, don’t take them all.
