I'm not for sure, but I'm pretty positive, that cigar shops can't exactly pick out what they get from fuente. that's just how it's set up.

Well, most shops get a two-four shipment of special stuff per year, to my knowledge atleast. It's true certain shops get better than others, but from what i've seen, it's all on what you sell most and your client base. You can request, but it's just that, a request.
