It "might" be covered so long as he loses the video :laugh:
But since it's now on the internet, I think he's up the proverbial creek without a paddle :laugh:
 
Me and sam will be on road trips, and when I start getting board I ask the "would I be covered?" questions.

Example: "Would I be covered if my kayak flies off my car and hits another"
answer: GOD JOHN STOP IT! And yes it's covered, but if it hits the ground first, it's there fault. :D
 
Actually, Car Insurance will typically cover it, even if the person did something Incredably Stupid. The clause that will likely hurt THIS idiot is the one that says the insurance company is not liable if the damage occurred as a result of Intoxication or Drug Use.

There is little doubt the guy was ON something. :rolleyes:

That's funny John, because my wife works for Merastar Insurance, and we're always having "Would this, or would this not be covered?" conversations. :laugh:

You forget that when im doing my truck surfing my pickup truck pulls to the left into oncomming cars, not to the right. :D
