The color change is because this blue is the default for the board. Rod will have to "re-skin" it to get the tan back.
Smilies need to be loaded back into the database as they were overwritten in the upgrade

Just trying to be helpful Emo, in case you missed it, I am the one who told Steve he should drop it. But a simple search found this, and I did it because CC said he had searched and couldn't find it.
