I smoke in my car maybe once or twice a day. I just open whatever I can and also have a car ozone purifier. It works okay...Makes the car smell kinda like fresh grassy rain smell. Windows open and lots of air is crucial.

I chain smoke cigars on every roadtrip out of town. Set the A/C to vent instead of recirculate, crack the window nearest you to create suction, and most of the smoke will be pulled right out.
