Now all I need is to find a good site for a classy-lookin' lighter. None of those team logos please, or camo, or..... :D

Also got my first Blazer. Nice chunky feel to it, clean flame. You can never have too many lighters, ya know. ;)

Got it today. Works great. I didn't realize it was made by blazer. I've never owned a blazer but you all talk to highly about them.

Anyone considering getting the butane insert I highly recommend. Its nice to have my old zippo back in my pocket.

Thanks for your thread, you Saab driver ;) . I'm just now in the market to get this torch insert for a zippo. Have two old zippos that I loooooooved when I smoked cigarettes but have never used again since. Now that I just ordered a Xikar cutter from this place that specializes in zippos, I found the brass one there and am going to order it too. They have a brushed one too and many other designs (or not).

BIG QUESTION, THOUGH: How is the torch insert? Any good? Please post a report.

As is typical with most butane torches, the flame doesn't really change that much with adjustment, BUT it's totally sufficient to light your favorite cigar.
The tank fills easily, and has now lasted me through 3 days of cigars and cigarettes.

One thing is that it isn't matched exactly to the case, at least not with the 1941 brass repro that I bought. The lid is just slightly off-kilter with the insert installed, but is hardly noticeable. Another insert might fit just fine. I wouldn't let that put you off getting it. :)

Now here's the ultimate site: endless zippo lighters and the Z-plus butane insert, at very decent prices and decent shipping cost too.

Took quite a while to get here (shipped on 12/28, arrived on 1/4, USPS first class) but it is great (the z-plus insert) and beautiful (the brass zippo). A real hand pleaser.
