I stopped smoking Illusione because of the tunneling. One of my favorites, too. Been a while, so maybe I can give them a shot again.

I've always enjoyed the variety of Acid's I've tried, but this thread will definitely play a factor in future purchases! I'm completely impressed with the response, even when the OP was just looking for help from forum members.

Customer service is a huge thing to me, from "cottage industry" camping gear to this. Even if a product costs a bit more, knowing that a company stands behind their product makes it worth it.
