I purchased a copy of Stan Kenton's Cuban Fire on vinyl, as art for the cigar swag collection a few years ago:

The two covers that stand out for me, mainly because I distinctly remember those times and how they impacted my life.

ELP's H.R. Giger cover and anything by Hipgnosis / Roger Dean were pretty cool.

If I had to pick one, it would be Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here" album. I can still remember when I bought it, it was completely wrapped in black plastic....mine didn't even have the sticker shown here:

...and then when you opened it up, it was a white album, and the cover shot was a white back lot, with two dudes in tuxes, shaking hands, with one engulfed in flames:

Just always thought it was a very cool presentation. Shine on, you crazy diamond......

I concur with jaybay. I had 7 of the Iron Maiden posters hanging through my bedroom as a teen. Two were blacklight. I only dug a couple of their tunes though. It was all about Slayer and Metallica back then. Until Nirvana came along and cut everything down with one smooth sweep of the sickle. Anyway, my favorites:
