The thing that really turned me off in the beginning was this quote (from the thread that originally put Famous under question) by the FSS rep

That quote is very true in many cases (especially when parenting my son!) but in cases of customer service, and in this case in particular there really should not be a battle to begin with. In other words, replacing damaged goods from a company should not have to be a battle.

But like I said, all's-well now and it has been rectified. :thumbs:

Again, I will reiterate as I did in that other threaed. I have ALWAYS had perfect service & products from Famous-Smoke. Shipping is FAST and I've never had any problems with the cigars.
