I'm exaggerating with the "everyone" part, but alot of people told me to steer clear of Volvo's. So far, I love it.

I've never thought much of Volvo's (because many people speak poorly about them and most of the ones I've come across aren't in the best shape.)

But that car looks incredible, real nice smooth lines to it. And the all black interior with leather looks incredible.

Don't worry about the "everyone" thing, I understand. I plan on getting an Audi TT (used of course) when I pay off my chevy in a year, and everyone tells me to stay clear of those...

Remeber, you/we are in the south.

My wife drives a 96 Volvo 850 turbo wagon with over 200K on it, that we bought new. No rust, dents or rattles, oil changes, brakes and tires is about all the attention it ever gets. I hope you have the same experience.

As a advocate of the Volvo product line, (23 years experience in the Volvo line), I can vouch for Erick that he did his homework on this one... Nice car and with regular maintenance and brakes, tires, and the like- she should last for a long, long time.
