Alright this is my first review so bare with me. Picked this one up yesterday at Tinderbox for 6 bucks, only had a few Pepins so I thought this would be a good time to try out a new cigar and try my best at a review.

Cigar is a Nicaraguan Puro with Corojo wrapper. Great medium brown wrapper with great construction. I don't normally smoke coronas but this is the only size the B&M had so I picked it up, I believe it was $6.75 . Cut the very end with my Xikar and torched it. Lots of peppery smoke to start off which soon turned nutty with hints of coffee. Draw was perfect, burn was perfect with the exception of it almost going out after the first ash, gave it a little torch and lit back up. Smooth finish throughout the rest of it. Very impressed with this cigar and will for sure be buying more. Yet another reason as to why all of you love your Pepins.

Took some lessons from Turk10mm on this one since he has such great reviews. Any helpful criticism is appreciated!

Great first review! I just had my first about three weeks ago and I really enjoyed it. Im kinda bummed though because I would really like to pick up a few more but I cant seem to find them at any of my local B&M's

Thanks for taking the plunge! It's all part of the experience.

This line is kind of a sleeper, IMO. The corona is the first one I tried but now I prefer the toro. They're all good, though. I say sleeper because you don't hear much about them but I think they are a great mild but interesting cigar. I paid less than $5 for my corona, though. A cab of 23 goes for around $100 and NEVER STORE THEM AT MORE THAN 65% RH!!! I'm just going to add that to the end of every post about Pepins. Too pushy?
