These things do take time. Bring some tunes into the gym.... always gets me going big time. One the changes begin, you will be motivated.

Good luck!

I joined up with the place where my wife gets her PT, and they kicked my arse, my legs are still wobbly, lot different than 30 min on the excercise bike. Hope to stay the same weight, but drop bf% from 20% to 12%. If i can give you any input Turk, go slow, make lifestyle changes, and push yourself in the gym (and get a PT if you can, something to be said about having someone to hold you accountable). I've done all kind of diets, and they don't work, long term, it's gotta be the lifestyle change to stick, IMO.

You'll lose 10 lbs in the first two weeks or so, and a pound or two per week from then on.
To set it in stone I'll say 303lbs.

Good luck brother, it's a day by day thing. If you're starving (yuk yuk) for recipes let me know, I've got a ton!

I just want to say, good luck with this...set a goal and try to hit it. Exercise is the key, so talk a lot of walks and eat half of what you normally do, I have used this formula an it has helped me dump 10lbs.
It is tough for me to talk about this, I pretty much weighed 129lbs all my life, after I quit smoking butts, and getting married...I jumped up to 180lbs in 4yrs...now I am down to 170lbs (where I should be).
Good luck again! I hope you achieve your goals!

299. Once you commit and change eating habits, it will melt right off. Good luck, mang!

I'll say 290.

Been there Pal. Less than 2 years ago I was 330+, and how hovering about 225#. Been there since January of this year.

It ain't easy, but like someone said above, the more you lose, the better you feel and that keeps you going.

As a big guy, fat fellow, big and tall shopper, etc. myself, I refuse to participate in this contest. But if you want to be another skinny punk, best of luck to you. :D

I'll tell you this, the summer before my senior year of high school, I drank only water (no carbonation at all, but kept up my usual eating habits) and lost 50 pounds in three months.
