Yes I have started to, a couple of weeks ago I ended up in the emergency room with chest pains thinking I might be having a heart attack. Got checked out, no heart problems, but I am overweight with low good cholesterol so diet, exercise and no cigars was what the doctor ordered. So all my cigar paraphernalia was donated to Marines who are deploying or injured. The hardest part was saying to SWMBO that I had chest pains, knowing the consequences it would bring on my lifestyle. I still plan to have celebratory cigars on occasion but not every week. It is hard logging on here, but I may stick around for a while. The beer tips are good, Stone Ruination last weekend.
Sorry that this turned into a dissertation, but I never got round to starting my own thread.

Anyway back on topic, hoping the oatmeal helps my cholesterol get sorted...

You’ve got to be kidding me. I’ve been further even more decided to use even go need to do look more as anyone can. Can you really be far even as decided half as much to use go wish for that? My guess is that when one really been far even as decided once to use even go want, it is then that he has really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like.
