It is the efforts of people like tfire and several tens of thousand of others over a period of several decades, who have acted in the service of this country to defend the several rights that we have. One of those rights that we have is the freedom of speech to say pretty much what we want regardless of how caustic or insulting it might be.

Instead of criticizing his mentioning his service contribution regardless of how many times he may do so, maybe you should be thanking him for his service which allows people like you to say the things you do, and in the process allowing the rest of us to see just how petty, uncouth and childish some people can be.

His service to our country does NOT give him a license to be a rude, insulting, two-faced liar and be allowed to get away with it. Sure, he can say anything he wants, ain't that a wonderful thing but he will also have to live with the consequences of excercising his right to free speech.

Yes,I saw his response..............I dont agree with him responding either but its his thing not mine,I am staying out of there fight.I was just commenting on how noone else should be held responsible for eric or the cats actions.Tfire was an innocent who the kitty dragged into it.
