Damn...

I was 18~19 when I got into cigars. I'm almost 34 now. If you are interested in it, keep exploring. The hobby will treat you well if you let it.

As for health problems, I'm sure it's healthier to not smoke. How much risk you're willing to live with is your decision. For me, living in a metropolis, I refuse to believe the 1 or 2 cigars I enjoy once a week (often times less) makes any difference compared to the smog, buses, pollution, factories, etc.

And yes, the spelling will continue to be an issue. Just try to get better. If you stick around here long enough, you'll understand why. Let's be honest, you complained about being treated like a kid, correct? Don't type like one here and you won't be treated like one. ;)

ETA: And get an Fuente 8-5-8 or a Padron 2000 in your mitts, as soon as you can.

looks like a good idea im going to work on the cutter and torch lighter for starters. Then i will work on the cigars. 26 of them for 100 bucks is not bad for the padron. i hope they taste good! i never smoke a cigarette in my life so i hope it doesn't mean anything for me. I believe it too about the health.

i get what your saying and i am assuming your calling me a " troll ". Which really i am not unless you can point out where i am " trolling "

oh and i forgot to ask. Are cigars by any means addicting if you just smoke them in moderation like you are doing.

Tweeks,

Stick around and read through the various forums (the review section is especially helpful). Also, there is a Newbie Sampler Trade Thread, where you can get set up with one of the established members here for a trade based on whatever your budget may be. I did it when I first joined, and it was invaluable.

Best,

John

Dude SHIFT + the letter i makes I.

We will continue to call you on this. We like to look like we are somewhat educated here. Take some time, review what you write.
I have enough of a hard time trying to read half of the stuff on some other racing forums I frequent.
Those guys can't even comprehend There, they're, or their. They use coarse instead of course when describing a race course. Geeze.

I speak for many when I say, we come here for an escape from the world of internet shorthand and the systematic destruction of the English language.

Not sure that's a question I could answer. I'm no doctor. Cigars contain tobacco, and tobacco contains nicotine, so yes they can be addictive. Whether you become addicted is not something I could answer. For what it's worth I'd say the chances of becoming addicted to cigars is quite low. I've never seen someone take a cigar break from work in the middle of a hail storm the way I've seen cigarette smokers do.

A little tutoring lesson.

It is one of the rules of this forum (taken from the rules in the introduce yourself forum):

Do use proper grammar if you can. We are an international forum, so we understand English may not be your first language, and this is fine. Also, if you're not too familiar with computers, that's fine too, however if you purposely post without taking into consideration basic grammar (in other words, if you're lazy), it is frowned upon.

You guys having fun feeding the Troll? Fugger don't knock it off, I got full course meal for him.

I think, for cigar smokers, it's more of an escape and release than a need to have a cigar. Unless you smoke several per day, I doubt most will get jittery and agitated if they don't have a cigar on a regular basis. I have one to unwind, or de-stress and get a clear perspective on whatever I am dealing with at that moment.

Eat us away? No. But you will probably find that many more opportunities will open up for you in your future if you master the simple rules of communication now.
Also-

owell isn't a word.

i= I

It's spelled "grammar."

Honestly, not trying to be a d*ck but if you are going to come in here with an arrogant attitude you will not be well received. As of now you are a guest in our house. Do you make it a habit to go to other peoples houses and act like you own the place? I hope not. There are many people here who are trying to help you out because we are figuring that you might just have something to contribute to the community.

It is obvious that you have a lot of questions and a lot of things you want to learn. Best thing to do right now is step away from the keyboard, read, read some more, read again, and if you find that through all of your reading you still have questions that were not answered in the extensive threads here, then you can post and ask something.

Please, just take all of the advice being given and be humble about it. It will serve you well, I promise.

It's going to take some time

I am not trying to be an arrogant asshole. I never NEVER want to be one. It just grinds my gears when i get people on me after 1 day of trying to make my spelling and punctuation more improved and better.
