Dallas Herf II

That is exactly why I buy the cheapest balls Wal-Mart has to offer. If I spend less on balls I can spend more on beer. I'm a horrible golfer but I'm pretty sure I could be a lot better if I actually put something into it. Oh well...I'll have plenty of practice when I'm on Det from the 24th to the 5th. I'll be in Miramar, Calif.
 
Sorry, I couldn't stay longer to meet you guys. Knowing me, I will probably be saying that a lot.

Well guys like many of you know, we were gifted a box of Tat’s by two very generous BOTL’s. As we planned we will be meeting out at Mike’s place on Sat, as for the few who can’t come until late we will be there!!! I hope to make it one long and relaxing Saturday, maybe some poker and football. It always feels good to come home, especially when you have great brothers to herf with!
 
As I said in the other thread, I won't be there until later on. But late is better than never...

I'll prolly be there around 3:30 but won't be able to stay real long. We've got several things going before and after (damnit!). I did however want to make good on my promise the other day to be there. It's gonna be fun thanks in large part to Cody and Brian.

I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to come unless something changes. My wife and I have had some things come up on Sunday, and I haven't been able to spend any quality time with her for a couple of weeks. So she informed me that Saturday was her day. If I can clear Sunday, I'll be there. I don't think that is going to happen though. You guys have a great time and smoke some good stuff for me!

Well, I hate to say this but the Tat’s did not come in today. So since they are not here we are going to have are Tat HERF next Sat, but as far as the herf today I will be going out to Mike’s with Jeff and I hope to see you guys there… Why is the postal service so F@#!$# up???

Wow, gents I always enjoy the time I get to spend with you. Last night was a great time most of us finally got to meet Vin. Vin you are one hell of a BOTL I appreciate the great smoke you gave me and I look forward to having many more HERF’s with you. Garry, you my friend have a lot of class, I decided to go ahead and smoke what you gave me and besides that fact that it was strong as hell, the stick had astonishing amounts of flavor. I think it would have been more enjoyable if it was the first stick of the day, but I am glad I lit it up!! Thank You. Mike, you never fail at being a great host. Jay, Mike and Jeff yeah I will say it, you guys are class acts to. We also had the opportunity to register another brother to CP. Anyways, so as everyone knows the Tat’s did not make it on time because the post office. So we are going to have are Tat HERF next Sat, so I don’t want to here any of these excuses as to why you can’t make it.. BE THERE!!!!

We did recruit another CPer - Jesse (?) who should been on today. Good guy, he's been to a few of the Herfs at TR.

Mike, as ALWAYS your hospitality is outstanding and appreciated. I look forward to next week.
 
Sorry I didn't make it out guys...I had all intentions of getting out there and then a couple of my reservists got a little toasty at a cookout we were having so I had to play DD for the evening....I don't know when we're planning on getting together next weekend but I have a couple of Halloween parties to attend on Saturday...As soon as we decide what we're doing I'll see if I'm in or out....

Since the latest news came out that I'm for sure headed out to Iraq in January, I'm trying to get together with everyone I can while I can...All my Marine friends will be gone by the time I get back so I need to spend some time with them as well...
