Not quite Tom. I'm not asking for them to cover the consumed smokes (despite their quality), nor am I asking them to refund the shipping TO me. All I was asking was for them to cover return shipping. That sounds awfully like splitting the responsibility to me? They pay half the round-trip shipping, I pay half the round-trip shipping, and I still cover the shoddy smokes. Doesn't sound like your sign at all Tom?

Considering the original policy says you get $0 back, then their offer to you was a net $66 back to you (your calculation), and you still want more, yeah, it does sound like my sign.
 
Then we're never going to see eye-to-eye on this. You've made your point Tom, it hasn't swayed me. And despite what you say, I do think your posts smack of letting personal feelings towards me influence your thoughts. However, like I said, you've made your point, others are free to agree with it or not on their own. This can be the wonderful end of our back and forth.

You are very generous, but I can't take your smokes. I don't blame the brand for this (in my eyes this is a service issue that arose from some troubled cigar, which can happen here and there), and taking sticks from you would be like sending the wrong man to jail. Still email sent with more in depth explanation as to my train of thought here.

Chris, No worries I will get them from my Rep. I could care less about the other companies return policies, that's none of my business. I just know what the guys at 601 and Rocky want and that's happy customers that are going to come back for their smokes no matter where they are bought from. This is about some bad cigars and from my perspective it should be righted so that you have a positive experience with their product. To everyone on a side note, as times are getting tougher and margins getting slimmer, when you buy from a discounter expect discount service.
