Was a great idea. Gary are you stepping up to take the helm on this?

Might I recommend starting a new thread if someone does take this and run with it.

Just my .02.

At work we this the XYZ Company Railroad!

Seems I volunteered....hehehehe!

Ok...I'm going to take The Beast's round of questions and put them to some one.
I'll pick a few from those he asked and maybe change some things up a little so it's not just a 'fill out the form' type of deal.

I'll pick the first person and then I think this may turn into a sort of PIF or something.

example: I pick someone, that person in turn picks the next(or asks for a volunteer....and so on...or some such thing.

Matt R did a few of these too. I'm not about to go searching since they are in individual threads. I think part of the title was "Q & A"... but you'll prolly have to wade through Matty's posts which are often pretty disturbing.

To help a little.... these interviews were not "fill in the blank" questions. The beast would take his interviewee into chat and ask the questions. The questions were whatever the interviewer decided and was not preplanned with the person being interviewed. After the chat session he would copy the session for editing then posting.

I like this idea of using a chat format. Answers will a little more spontaneous and off the wall. Besides the Q&A format is too much like them fuggin' 20 Random Things emails I delete all the time.

I like the PIF idea though, that way no one person gets saddled with a boat load of work.

Gary I was thinking the same thing. If the "asked" becomes the "asker" then no one person will get bogged down with the work. Also it will give us two insightful looks at each member. Once when they are being asked the questions, and again when they are are the other side of the interview table.
