Cohiba Esplendidos - 2002 vs. 2005

I did a side by side review of '01 and '05 Espys a couple of months ago. The '01 started more balanced, but the '05 very quickly took over as the fuller flavored, better all-around cigar between the two. But a recently smoked '97 Espy...it's in a class all it's own! Perhaps it was the add'l age. Perhaps it was better as it pre-dates (however slightly) the '98 - '01 construction and capa issues. I'll only say it was damn good!
