COD - Modern Warfare 3

I play on 360 (Don't have nearly a powerful enough PC to play online....yet).

MW3 feels a lot more like "arcade" style, whereas BF3 feels a lot more "simulation" style. MW3 is a run and gun game where you just run around and shoot and if you're the host, you'll win 75% of one on one battles (Like when I shoot a guy and it registers like 4-5 hits on my screen, I get shot once and I'm dead, then the Killcam pops up and I only hit the person one time).

I haven't played BF3 nearly as much (All of my buddies play MW3, so it's a way to keep in touch with all my friends that have moved away, so I love playing it solely for that reason), but I'm hoping that in the coming weeks my friends get BF3 so we can switch it over.

BF3 maps are HUGE, and the game is a nice change of pace.

I dont' play online, so I'm sure BF3 is awesome, but it's a game designed mainly for the online aspect. I don't particularly care for the guided, linear'ness of MW3, though, during the campaign. Yeah, I can just sit back and let my guys do most of the killing and clear the way before I move on, but it seems that when I want to get in on the action, they are just in my way. I am playing the campaign through, again, on Vet, and I'm at the last level in the hotel/casino. It would be nice if my AI companion would actually friggin shoot someone instead of hanging me out to dry by myself. I finally just gave up. I may come back to it to see if I can finish it off on Vet, but I have a feeling it will be like Black Ops. I played that through the first night I had it, then didn't touch it again for almost a year until my kid wanted to play zombies...

Now that I am figuring things out I'm enjoying online better.
Maybe I became addicted to prestiging.

What weapons do you guys like?
I enjoy the PP90M1, MP7, SCAR, and the Striker.

Will do. I'm completely new . So I'm probably going to die a lot! was off all week going to game some more this weekend. Only have the trial live for now. SolvableMovie09
