I use Chrome and it works fine. You can also use your phone, too.

That's what pops up when you click on the "Virtual Lounge" tab on the top of the screen? I dunno... someone with more computer skillz than I needs to tackle this one with you. That's why I like my Mac: click and go.

It's not specifically asking for internet explorer, in that screen scroll down until you see the TLS settings and check the request boxes.
