To clarify, neuro received a packaged from Corona Gigante. That package was sent back to CG with additional postage included for Corona Gigante to send out the PIF to someone else.

neuro has done his part in this pass and does not owe anything to anyone. The PIF will continue forth with BGarv3 as the latest participant.
