CigarPass.com 2nd Annual Herf - THE HERF

I would love to make it to the event. In a little bit of a debacle though. Something about being under 21 in Vegas. Anyone have recommendations on where to stay??? Like I said, would love to make it but I would hate for it to be a wasted trip. Dang this stupid age thing lol

That will take much of the thunder, but not all of it. No casinos or Casa Fuente.

You would have no problems. As the venue for the main place is a restaurant. You would still be able to make it to the lunches and dinners we have planned. Maybe even the gentlemans clubs if anyone decides to go this year.. :whistling:

As far as casa fuente as long as you ar 18 and can legally smoke there is no problem. As long as you dont drink at the bar.

How old are you? Do you look like a child? If not you should have no problems as they rarely card anywhere in Vegas.

Cheapest plpace to stya on strip is imperial palace.. being as it is June there are alot of deals to be had..so you can find some good places to stay for the price.
Maybe you can bring a friend your age so you can hang out and take in Vegas ..and all the cool things it has to offer. Or oyu can just smoke yourself senseless!

edit- I must agree, the Imperial Palace is the cheapest hotel on the strip (its right in the center across the street from Caesar's, and it's coincidentally where I am booked), however I believe they have an age restriction as well. The orbitz website had a clause "ppl must be 21".

The Roadrunner is smack dab in the middle of town between the strip and the hotels in summerlin..pretty much equal distance...

as far as off strip places I would check the Suncoast, The Rampart and the new Red Rock Station. I have stayed at all three places and they are all really nice...and quite a bit closer to the Roadrunner. I could drive you around. I am planning at least to take friday and saturday off that week.
 
Probably won't be able to make it since the new baby is due the beginning of July. Oh well, there's always next year. Have fun guys.

And sorry you are faced with such a traumatic decision... missing a great herf or missing your soon to be born baby entry into the world.... Oh well, atleast you can ask one of the nurses to tape the labor for you. :D ;)
 
I was just in Vegas in December and tried to go to Casa Fuente. Turns out you need to be 21 to get in, and yes unfortunately I do have quite the baby face. Someone pointed out to me today I looked about 14... not the 20 I actually am. I wont have a problem getting a room. I know for sure I can stay at the Luxor without a problem. Most are 21+ but they are lenient on the age policy. I am going to do some research to see if I can budget this trip.

Like I said bro, the wife and I are at 99.9% as of now. Just trying to decide where we want to stay. You need to come up with that "evil" plan we were talking about..... :whistling:

Lucky for him, what happens in vegas...stays in vegas.... :laugh:
 
The wife and I are tossing around the idea of renting a house while we are down there. We haven't decided for sure yet if we are going to go that route or not, but were looking for interest from others about splitting if we do. We may just stay at NY-NY, but we have not decided yet. If your interested shoot me a PM and I will send you the links to a couple houses we are looking at.

We'll be doing a new '"'who is" thread a bit closer to the HERF. I'm sure looking forward to going!
