Cigar Shipping 101

I have a question. Do most people ship the cigars inside of Tubos?? I was shipped one and it kind of rattled around in there and the wrapper was a little damaged. What is the normal protoco??

i've never buy cigars in tubos, but if there's any damage even if is little, you should return it, that can interfer in the quality... maybe
