Cigar Rights Of America Call To Arms!

I just joined myself a couple weeks ago. I had held off for the longest time, but finally came to the realization that if I ddin't help support my own right to smoke...with the legislation that seems to get pushed these days, I may eventually not be able to enjoy a good smoke anywhere...

I was actually just asked this question so I hope this helps with the info:

In short nothing really as I don't get paid, I just want them to know I am doing all I can to support our rights. However I do believe they give a free ticket to the Big Smoke in NY if an Ambassador brings in 50 members. My plan which was going to be a surprise was if I get 50 members to join ,is to raffle off the ticket and donate all the profits right back to CRA. I have been fortunate enough to attend the Big Smokes several times in the late nineties and early 00's and this is a way for me to give back. I hope this answers your question and thanks for the continued support!

That's really cool of you Christian....Hope the CRA hears about it.
 
They should ask for donations. They could get a lot of small donations adding up quickly to a serious war chest.

Not everybody has the amount needed for dues, but might have a buck or three to toss into the pot.

MadMonk, good question. You can actually go on the CRA website and donate in whatever amount you choose. Thanks for the support!

Thanks Jonathan as it is much appreciated bro. When we met in NOLA at the IPCPR two years ago you were a gracious and solid dude. I will send you my info and this will be great for my new CRA members when they join as they may just get to try another choice smoke!

Here in OZ we are starting up our own cigar rights movement in the hope that some " big names " can be persuaded to get on our side, we even have a keyring as proof that we are on the same side. Good luck to all of us, we need all the help we can get.

We all need to be actively involved in this and not allow apathy to cause us to loose even more of our rights to enjoy a good cigar or pipe.
