Cigar Pass Elective - CP212

This is a good pass by what I know so far as a good brother.

Ok folks. I'm gonna get this thing organized and boxed up and I'm going to drop it in the mail 11/29. Keep an eye on the initial post, as I will be adding the rules and other info over the course of the next week.
 
Khari, maybe Brian, Don and myself could all get together to do our puts/takes. I'll PM them to see if we could arrange something. Great reason for a mini herf. :thumbs:

Brian (br174) brought up a couple excellent points that I have since added to the rules, but I want to call your attention to them so I'm listing them here. First, he asked if the Opus X Power Ranger was allowed. It fits into the size range specified, but it's technically not a robusto - it's a belicoso. For that reason, I've added rule number 10. Parejo shape only in this pass.

Also, he asked if I was allowing CC for NC and vice versa. My last pass was a newb pass so I didn't have to worry about that. There simply were no cigars from that ISOM. I neglected to consider that possibility in this pass, where CC are allowed. Therefore, see rule 11 for the answer to that question.

If you have any other questions, please throw them out there. I'm no expert at hosting passes (and I've never hosted a vitola-specific pass) so there may be a couple other items that I overlooked.

Same addy. I ran one of these robusto passes a couple of years ago and it was good fun. I was also having discussions about having another one when.......poof this one comes up. I will probably do something else in its place as I haven't hosted a pass since the one in '06. I guess great minds think alike. :D

I don't think Camacho produces the negro line anymore. When they came out, I believe they were roughly a $5 stick. I got them on closeout for $50 for a box of 25.

Here's a link to the Esencia Robusto. Fourth one down. Interestingly, it's not listed on cigarcyclopedia.com's comparison shopper. Mindriot's store sells them, though. Here's a link. If you google Esencia cigars, you'll find other vendors who carry the brand so you can compare.
