Christmas contest...

went to finish putting up lights outside... did you know that it SUCKS to hang lights in below zero weather? gloves make it hard to manipulate the lights, so bare skin it was. Thank GOD for spiked hot chocolate! :laugh:

I should be done this weekend - I wimped out when I saw the forcast for Sunday was warmer... :whistling:

God if I only had a camera. I'd take a few pictures of my dorm. There are lights all up and down the hallways.
 
Gotta give credit to the wife for all of this... notice the snowflakes on the tree, they are crocheted and then starched, done by her mother (was a very talented women)

Every year we add more and more houses... this year I was able to build her this platform to diplay them

Yeah.... wife is nuts when it comes to pinecones..... she had me stop on the side of the road once in New Hampshire. State Trooper stopped and asked if everything was OK... I was standing there holding a plastic bag open for the wife as she was putting pinecones in it..... he just gave me a look like..... ' I feel your pain"

I had one addition! I added Santa on a chopper throwing a peace sign! Great contest! :D

I figured I would take a picture of the hacienda during the day because we have zero lights up. With the new little one, we went simple. Very simple. :D

Unfortunatelly there was not enough time to get a little crazy with whole this decoration, so instead I made some kind of 'matrix presentation' ;)
