I'm am fairly sure that the DC# is correct but can't confirm as I am in Reno traveling. I can however confirm the I have "St." and not "Ave." as Tom indicates!

Whooo boy, that's not good. The folks that live there are "English as a second language" folks and they aren't particularly nice, to boot. Rather confrontational, actually.....

I'll see what time I get out of here tonight and maybe swing by their house if it's not too late....... :( Problem here is I have a meeting scheduled that starts @ 4:30P....

I'll also see what USPS says. Maybe I can make them go get it back; we've had this problem before and they told me they'd take steps to try to prevent it from happening again.

Damn.....I'll let you guys know.

This could have all been avoided had I confirmed Tom's addy prior to shipment...........for not doing so I apologize. :( Tom.et me know if there is anything that I can do.
 
Guys, I don't know what to tell you. The address in my profile is and was correct, though I did add a note to it today indicating that the "Ave" part is pretty vital.

I'll swing by tonight and see how far I get. This happened with a box from NewEgg (computer parts) about six months ago. I got "no box, no box" very loudly until I threatened to get the Sheriff. Wouldn't you know, the box magically appeared out of their hall closet.

Sigh.....I'll see what I can do.

All in a day's work, guys..... :cool:

I don't know that they are "bad" guys per se, and I do cut them some slack because English is not their native language.....but, come on. When I get mail that isn't mine (it happens) I take care of it; if it's a neighbor, I'll walk it over. If it's a complete unknown, I'll mark it "Not At This Address" and put it back in the box. I don't stick it in the closet and see if someone comes looking for it..... :whistling:

By the way, Brian - first class job on the packing! Foam lined box, for the win..!!.. :thumbs:

In any event, all's well that ends well, and this ended just fine. I'm out the door and will drop this off at USPS today.
