Cardenas cigars

So when I lived in Sacramento I was still young but we use to go downtown near the convention center and purchase a cigar from this place called cardenas and walk around and smoke. Are they still around? They hand rolled right there in the shop and the smokes were pretty good. I will be in Town in November I would love to stop and pick up a bundle they were pretty reasonable price back in the day. Thanks rp

I work in Sacramento and Cardenas is still here. There is also Casillas cigars as well. Both are still rolled right there in the store. They roll regular and cigars flavored with congnac and brandy. They are you typical "bundle" cigar and very popular among the golfers so I hear. I have also been told that the Governator has gone in there from time to time.

Both are located on 16th street between "S" and "U" streets.

Unfortunately they are not by "cup o' tea".

Thanks for the info they were always good when we use to smoke them I will have to pick up a bundle if they are good enough for the Govinator rp

You should also stop in and see Mark at Tower Pipes and Cigars while you are in town. Only a minute away from Cardenas and Cassilas. He is a great guy and a vendor here at CP.
