Car. Torano Exodus 1959 - Toro

I enjoy the robusto vitola in these quite a bit. I don't find them overly strong or spicy. I agree that they do better with some downtime, but I've had 1 that was fresh from the B&M that was tasty.

The RP Sungrown that was previously mentioned was not my cup of tea. All pepper and no flavor whatsoever. I can deal with spice if it has some nice flavor to go with it, but not just spice.

I grabbed a couple of churchill 59s last weekend during a Tarano event. I'm hoping I'll be on the side of those that enjoy these. Also snagged a couple of Signatures, which will be another new try for me as well. I'll probably let them set for another couple of weeks and then see how they do.

Interesting to see the difference of opinions on these. Guess thats what its all about tho.

I got some of these from my local B&M they've been resting about 2 months. Came highly recomened by the guy at the counter. Now I'm a little dissapointed I bought them.
Why? Make up your mind for yourself. Use these posts as a guide only and then after you smoke you can come back and re-read them again. Once you determine whose tastes yours resemble, then you can try to take some of their future recomendations. It is all subjective as evidenced by this thread so far. Good Luck!

I very much agree. I think my review was taken as negative when I was really leaning towards liking this cigar. Either way, I just picked a few more of these and a few other sizes up, and look forward to trying them soon. Of course more to come on this controversial cigar!
