Caplock = YELLING! at a forum, and its going to make you enemies fast, regardless if your a BOTL or not, its just not done.
Use the built in magnifying glass that windows has if your having a hard time seeing the text. Or download one if you dislike the windows one.

Or better yet if your using Internet Explorer...
1. Start Internet Explorer
2. In the menu select Tools and Internet Options...
3. Press Accesibility button
4. Tick Ignore Font Styles
5. Tick Ignore Font Sizes
6. Press Ok button
7. Press Fonts button and select a font and size you like.

But seriously, using caplocks is one of the quickest ways for someone to make themselves not welcome at any internet forum. Since we like to give everyone a chance here at CP; don't start out on the wrong foot by yelling in every post.

*edit* you might want to pick up a bigger monitor as well, a CRT 21 or 22 inch set to 1024 x 768 will probably be best if your eyes are that bad.
